In any moment it will be stored permanently the sender phone number, the password or the text sent.
The SMS and the information that this contains will be stored only during the processing of the message.
The service reservers the right to store the twitter username that used this service ONLY for Statistical purposes.
Stored data will not be published, resellled, used by third parties, spam, used for send publicity or any kind of notification.
The service can be stoped at any time witout need to advice the users.
Terms of service can change at any time. In case the change of the Terms affects the Privacy Policy user will be informed about this topic clearly enought in the service home page and these terms will not take effect after 15 days of the publication. In other case, new Terms will be applied inmediatelly.
twittsms and their responsibles are not responsible about the damages direct or indirect that the usage by any user might cause.

Twitsms is not responsible in any case about the opinions or texts the user write using the Service
It is not allowed to make any illegal act using this service.

The responsibles of the Service reserve the right to block the usage of the service to determined mobile numbers or twitter users.
This service has not direct relation or partnership with Twitter.com
